Subprocessor Policy Summary:
To deliver the Unimatrix cloud hosting service, we partner with third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to handle database storage, hosting, vector embeddings, sync, payments, emails, and diagnostics. Each subprocessor is vetted for security compliance and bound by contractual terms to process data strictly under our instructions.
Authorized Subprocessors
The following entities are currently authorized to process data for Unimatrix cloud-tier subscriptions:

Subprocessor Updates
We update this directory as our service architecture evolves and we integrate new features or infrastructure providers.
Subscribers will be notified of changes to our subprocessor list via email or in-app notification in advance of new subprocessors beginning data processing. You may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable privacy or compliance grounds by emailing us at privacy@deployunimatrix.com.
