Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from Settings at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What counts as a "memory"?
Any piece of text you store — a note, a fact, a code snippet, a meeting summary. Each individual entry is one memory.
What AIs can connect, and how?
Four ways. MCP covers Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf and other MCP clients. The browser extension covers web LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity. Your own agents can call the tools directly, and anything else can use the REST API or the OpenAPI spec.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored in a private Postgres database with encryption at rest. API keys are bcrypt-hashed. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never touch your card details.
Does the Free plan have ads?
Yes — the Free tier is ad-supported so we can keep it free forever. Pro and Enterprise plans are 100% ad-free.
