Organizing with contexts
Practical tips for structuring Palaces and Locations.
A simple starting structure: one Palace per major project or area of your life, with Locations underneath for recurring themes (e.g. "Decisions," "Open Questions," "Reference Material").
You can move, rename, or merge Locations later from the dashboard as a project evolves — memory content itself does not need to be re-entered when you reorganize.
For teams or Enterprise accounts, Palaces can also be used to separate client work, keeping memory cleanly scoped per engagement.
Avoid creating a new Palace for every single conversation — Locations within a smaller number of stable Palaces generally make retrieval faster and more useful than a sprawling number of one-off Palaces.
